"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered a Petcube and the tracking took longer than I expected to update, which was a little frustrating. It did show up in good condition, but it arrived later than I thought it would. When I reached out about it, I kind of felt talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how shipping works. Overall, it was fine, just not a great experience

The video quality is better than I thought it would be, especially at night. I mostly use it to check on my dog while I’m at work, and it’s been easy to see what he’s up to. Nothing fancy to say, it just does the job well.

The monthly plan has been so worth it for me. Being able to check on my dog anytime feels like a lifesaver, especially when I’m stuck at work and wondering what chaos might be unfolding at home. The video history is also a huge help, like having a little rewind button for my dog’s daily drama

"Helpful alerts, but wow, a little too chatty"
The motion and sound alerts do work well most of the time, i like having them on when I’m not home. There’s a little peace of mind in thinking, okay, if something happens, I’ll know. But then I’ll get an alert and it’s just a shadow moving or some tiny noise, and I’m like, really? That needed my attention? So yeah, it’s useful overall, I just wish it was a bit smarter about what actually counts as alert-worthy

"Night vision is actually solid"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the night vision works better than I figured it would. I can see my pup clearly when the room is dark, like not perfect daylight clear or anything, but good enough to tell what he’s doing. Haven’t had any issues with it so far.

I had the Petcube app set up in probably 10 minutes, if that, and I don’t really get the complaints about it being confusing. It was straightforward for me. The camera loads quickly, the buttons are where I’d expect them to be, and going from live view to recorded clips feels smooth enough.

I’m not exactly a tech expert either, so it’s not like I’m giving it a pass because I know my way around every app. I just didn’t have to hunt through a bunch of menus to figure things out. Notifications have been working fine, and I use it every day to check in on my cat

I mostly use Petcube to peek in on my dog while I’m at work, partly because I’m convinced he has a whole secret agenda the second I leave the house. It’s really reassuring to see he’s doing fine and not barking nonstop or plotting to destroy the couch. Setup was simple, and it’s made me worry a lot less during the day.

"First impression: surprisingly easy setup"
My first impression was honestly, “Oh, this is going to be a whole thing,” but the petcube camera proved me wrong quickly. I had it set up in about 10 minutes, and the app picked it up right away. The Wi-Fi step was simple enough that I didn’t have to overthink it.
Once it was connected, I just set it on a shelf, tilted it to the right angle, and that was pretty much it. No messy cords or confusing instructions. I’m really glad I can check in on my cat now without any hassle.

In my day-to-day use, the audio has been clear enough for calls and listening most of the time. I do notice a slight echo here and there, but it doesn’t happen often enough to ruin the experience.

"Wi-Fi setup was sorta easier than I expected"
I got my Petcube connected to the Wi-Fi quickly, which surprised me a bit. I was sorta expecting it to drop the connection like my old camera used to, but it stayed connected all day. I can check it from my phone at work without any issues, so overall it’s been working just fine.

"Still impressed, especially lately"
I’ve been using my Petcube every day for months now, and the last few weeks have made me appreciate it even more. It hasn’t glitched or acted up once, and since it’s been working so smoothly lately, I’m feeling really happy with it

"Support was fine, just took a while"
I had to reach out to Petcube support after my camera started disconnecting after an update. They were polite and did get back to me, but the weird part is I had to explain the same issue more than once, which made the whole thing feel slower than it needed to be.
They did eventually help me get it fixed, so I wouldn’t call the experience bad. It was just a little clunky, and I think it would’ve been much better if the replies were quicker and the instructions were clearer

"For my dog, this treat dispenser..."
For my dog, this treat dispenser has been working really good. It throws out a decent amount, and jamming it hasn’t done much, maybe one time only when I put bigger treats in it. The app is easy enough also. When my pup hears it, running over he comes, so yeah, I’m super happy with it
